If you have already set the volume to the highest level by pressing the volume button on the device, but you still want to increase the volume a little more, the following points may be of interest to you.

But first, we would like to inform you that playing music at full power may cause hearing damage.

To increase the volume on your Sony Ericsson C905, we recommend you use an application.

In the following, we will introduce you to some useful applications.

Increase the volume using an application on your Sony Ericsson C905

  • Equalizer : these free applications can be easily downloaded from Play Store.
  • The free application Sound enhancer can also be easily downloaded from Google Play.

With these applications, you can not only adjust the volume, but also improve the bass when listening to music.

In addition, it is also possible to adjust sound effects and maximize the volume of incoming messages on your phone.

    • Speaker Boost is also a free application that you can install on your Sony Ericsson C905.

This application allows you to increase the volume of the speaker and headphones through a controller.

However, it is not used to adjust the volume for phone conversations.

It only increases the volume of applications and music.

Turn up the volume on your Sony Ericsson C905 with “Volume Booster”

    • The free application Volume Booster is particularly useful when you plan to listen to music or watch movies. Unfortunately, this application doesn’t work on all mobile phones.

This application is only used to increase the volume of audio files and similar, but it also improves the sound on your Sony Ericsson C905.

Caution: Be careful not to turn the volume up too high, otherwise you may damage your smartphone’s speakers.

Please follow these steps to use this application correctly :

    1. Download the application from your Sony Ericsson C905.
    2. Open an application you usually use to listen to music, for example Spotify or Google Play Music.
    3. Access the “Volume Booster” application to adjust the volume.

Turn up the volume on your Sony Ericsson C905 with “Volume Booster Plus”

The application Volume Booster Plus is also available for free on Google Play.

The particularity of this application is an increase of any kind of notifications, be it ringing, message or alarm tone.

Adjust the volume with root privileges

If you have root privileges, you might be interested in the program Pimp my Rom.

This application allows you to make effective adjustments to the system.

The software is designed to make your Sony Ericsson C905 safer and faster.

In addition, it can optimize various features such as image quality.

Headphones volume on Sony Ericsson C905

If the volume is very low just with your headphones, it may even be enough to use others for your Sony Ericsson C905.

Especially when it comes to the earphones you received when you bought your smartphone, it is possible that they are not of such good quality.

Getting ultrasounds on your Sony Ericsson C905

Sony Ericsson Cell Phones

They might be available on your Sony Ericsson C905 via a dedicated application: just check here if you can use them on your Sony Ericsson C905. Ultrasounds are a series of electromagnetic waves, usually longitudinal, whose frequency is above the hearing capacity of the human ear.

Ultrasound has no properties different from audible waves, except that humans cannot hear them.

The limit varies depending on the person and is approximately 20 kHz in healthy adults. Ultrasound equipment operates at frequencies higher than 20 kHz although most currently used transducers operate at much higher frequencies (MHz).

We hope to have help you to turn up the volume on your Sony Ericsson C905.

Hi,
I recently got an unbranded c905. After I purchased it I updated the firmware with SEUS to version:
The smile-shutter appeared, the Youtube application and Tracker too, so the update came through. But! I still have WayFinder 7, no threaded sms view, battery life is still crap (not more than a day on normal use) and GPS is still slow connecting. to the sattelites.
How come? Was it not an unbranded one? Oh, and the Walk Mate application does not work, when I shake the phone the man on the screen starts 'walking', but the steps are not counting..
Anyone ?

Hmm, I already searched, but couldn't find an answer to my exact situation..
But after some research I found out that my phone probably is a branded one, so I'll follow an unbrand guid and post the results here afterwards to see if the problems disapeared.
Thx anyway

okay which network are you on?
You will have wayfinder 8, look load 'Wayfinder 7' and go on about or something similar and it will say build 8.n.n.n, the old one said build 7.n.n.n
The walk-mate application works i noticed that when i shook it, it didnt count but then went on a 1 hour walk and i clocked up 5,000 steps! i think it realises the pattern of doing the same thing and wont count shaking, thats cheating!
With gps i do amit it can sometimes be slow but i found great improvements with the new firmware, it keeps looking. the reason it cannot connect is the area your in perhaps?
The sms chat i cant help you with some networks are a little 'special' and dont put it in.. Can i confirm you dont have an extra tab when u go in ur inbox saying 'conversations'?
If not i would flash a new firmware onto the phone. I used Davinci and i am very happy with the service and i can confirm the following Car phone Warehouse firmware has everything you need on it. Shame it will cost you around £9 but its worth it!
http://davinciteam.co.uk/phone_details_C905_R1DA032_CID52.html - I used the second to top one. 'C905 R1DA032 CID52 CARPHONE WAREHOUSE UK /NIGHT BLACK WESTERN-EUROPE'
I will be on looking at this thread for a while if u need any help.

I bought the phone via Hi (Dutch) but my number has still to be transferred to them, so I'm using my old Orange sim right now (the phone is simlock-free).
Another strange thing happend.. I was absolutely shure that I had seen the snapfish entry in the media section, including 20 free prints for my phone. Today it was just gone. An hour ago, I saw that almost all my own apps had disappeared! Now Google Earth won't start either, same for the Tracker application. Even a master reset didn't help. Now all my apps are gone (caused by the reset) but Google Earth still won't start. It just returns to the main screen and then nothing happens.

Hmm, I already updated the phone once via SEUS, but I'll try it again.
The Snapfish application should be there when viewing a photo and selecting options. It was called 'Afdrukken best.' which is something like 'Order prints'. The regular 'Print' option is still available.
And Google earth still won't start :/

Well.. I debranded the phone using CDA #1205-9079. Everything works fine again (for now), but the threaded sms view is still not available Guess I need to use another CDA number.. do you know which one? I can't find the right one.
I really would like to have that sms view, 'coz I use sms to 'chat' to other people regularly (hope you know what I mean), so it would be nice to view all the messages at once.
Thx in advance!
EDIT: Ah, great, just tried searching once more and found that number '1214-7311' should do the trick. I'll edit this post to post the results if it is available after the update.

Yeah, but the entry was just gone yesterday, and reappeared after reinstalling the firmware. I just didn't realize that the 20 free prints only counted for the 1st order, so I threw away 19 :')

@CaptainCooki
I updated my fw to 1209 and it didn't have the Chat View for sms on it either. It only appeared when I changed my CDA to 1214-7311 and updated with SEUS.
I must say the battery life has improved a lot, GPS connected in under 10 seconds (it was clear and sunny though) and the phone is much quicker.

Great I'm gonna try it right away. I must say, when I tried to record a tour with my bike today, the GPS connected soooooo slow, it was even worse than the branded firmware :') So I hope the other CDA will get me some better results.
Strange actually, that the same firmware with different CDA can give such different results :/ SE should just allow one (their own) version of their firmware on their phones.

I know, it hardly makes sense. Its seems any Euro CDA beginning 120* doesn't have ChatView for sms, it took me two updates to find that out.
Anyway, let us know how you get on.

Well, I updated the phone, and sms conversation is now visible
Haven't tried the GPS though, but will do that tomorrow Guess this is a UK version of a totally unbranded phone, because all the UK's network internet settings where visible plus an application 'NearMe' where you can find POI's near you. Sad thing I can't use them because I'm in the Netherlands
Thx for your help both, if I run in trouble again I'll notify you by posting here

I beg to differ.
I have CDA 1205-9079 R1DA032 and have SMS Chat View, Wayfinder 8.
So not sure what the problem with others have been.
